Q: How do I set up a rental?
A: Fill out the Book Now form at lease 24 hours in advance of needing your bin.
Q: Where will it be dropped off?
A: We can place it in the desired area, whether that’s in a driveway, at the curb or in another specified location even if you aren’t there!
Q: What if my dumpster runs out of space?
A: Not a problem! Call us and we can collect your dumpster, empty it, and return it so you can continue with your work.
Q: What can’t I put in a dumpster?
A: Most items can be thrown in a dumpster. If you are needing it for concrete, please contact us. Items prohibited include refrigerators, tires, chemicals, car batteries, hot water tanks, medical infectious waste, fuels & propane, asbestos and any other toxic materials that could pose a significant safety hazard.
Q: Are there any hidden fees?
A: NO! please note that if a dumpster is over weight or filled beyond the accepted height, there may be additional costs. These are defined before or at your delivery.
